Home

Something worth cooking, every day.

Wake up to Food Day celebrations, Fresh & Local produce themes, and trending breakfast-through-dessert rails that refresh overnight. Open a plate and you’ll see meal, cuisine, and where it came from — plus a short blurb that makes the dish feel like a story, not a spreadsheet row.

A Bite of History

Cook the past — then read the chapter.

Nightly food-history stories pair with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert plates. Tap Read the Story from a historical recipe, browse the archive under Historical, and keep favorites in your own cookbook when you’re ready.

Meal plan

A week of dinners, without the spreadsheet energy.

Drop recipes onto days, balance breakfast through dessert, or ask PlatePilot to fill a full week for you. Your plan syncs with your household via iCloud — so the only decision left is who cooks.

Shop

One list. Real aisles. Voice when your hands are full.

Recipes become a shopping list with merged quantities and real store sections — Produce, Dairy, Pasta & grains — not a junk drawer labeled “Pantry.” Dictate items with a tap, check off as you go, and keep lists in sync across your devices. Location stays on-demand for Shop locate — never running in the background at launch.

Let’s Cook

Full-screen calm when the burners are on.

Gather ingredients first, then swipe one clear step at a time. Multi-ingredient lists stay together on a slide. Timers, big type, and Apple Watch support — designed for floury fingers and busy nights. Baking recipes keep authored amounts and point you to Bake-Smart Rescale instead of a crude ratio.

Your cookbook

Capture, adapt, invent — keep the edits that matter.

Bring in recipes from photos and links, adjust for allergies and free-text swaps, invent from what’s in the pantry, and use leftovers with intention. Original and Edited versions stay clear; your private prefs and cookbook live on your devices and iCloud. We only keep email, name, and ZIP on our servers.

Daily Fuel

Calorie tracking that lives with your meals — not in a separate app.

Snap a plate or log a cook session and PlatePilot estimates nutrition you can confirm. Compact metric bars on Home show calories, protein, and more against your goals — with a day history so yesterday is never lost.

  • Photo meals — estimate macros from a plate, then confirm
  • Goals & bars — see progress at a glance on Home
  • Apple Health — optionally write meals and read burned energy
  • Private by default — logs stay on your devices and iCloud, not this website

We store your email and iOS version. That is it. No recipes, no photos, no food diary. The app keeps that on your iPhone and in your iCloud, not on this site.
